I started designing & making my own jewellery in a studio created from my son’s old nursery, in my family home in the medieval market town of Thaxted.  

I now have a wonderful purpose-built studio which I lovingly refer to as The Sue-Shed where I can often be found sitting at my jeweller's bench creating new designs by hand-piercing and texturing Sterling Silver & Copper.  My jewellery is all individually made by hand and therefore no 2 pieces are the same.  I am happy to tweak my designs if you want to further personalise a piece, whether you want to choose your colour of suede to match an outfit or need a different size.... just let me know.

I have always been drawn to colour and loves the way it can make you feel happy.  I love trying different colour combinations with Faux-Suede and using either my own handcrafted Sterling Silver charms, Freshwater Pearls or quirky silver-plated charms.
