I gladly accept returns and exchanges, except for custom orders. Please contact by email within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery. For refund or exchange, goods must be received in original resaleable condition, including packaging. Buyers are responsible for return costs, unless faulty/damaged. Proof of return is recommended.

Cancellations will be accepted upto 2 hours after placing of order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled if work has commenced.

Every effort is made to prevent damages. However, in the unlikely event, please advise within 24 hours of delivery. You will then be advised of action. I make every effort to provide you with my best products and service and hope that you will be completely satisfied. However, I know that life isn't perfect and that occasionally things go wrong. If an item is found to be faulty, please let me know asap. Where a return has been agreed with me and the item cannot be replaced then the original cost will be refunded. The cost of returning the faulty or damaged item will also be reimbursed.

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for, which takes approx 3 days from despatch. However, if you are too excited to wait (or have left things a bit late!!) you can choose PRIORITY delivery at checkout. This will be sent out by Royal Mail Next Day Delivery at a cost of £6.50. Item must be in stock and order placed by 1pm to guarantee PRIORITY service.
